Service and account
We provide subscription software and related customer services. You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials confidential.
Subscriptions and payment
Prices, billing periods and included usage are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout. Your subscription renews for the selected billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
Trial and cancellation
Where a trial is offered, the first charge is made after the stated trial period unless you cancel beforehand. You can request cancellation through the customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; paid service periods are not normally refunded except where required by applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, or make the service available to unauthorised third parties.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve or update the service. We will take reasonable care to keep it available, but no online service can be guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability and legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our breach.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
